Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. This includes:

  • Trade Support: Assisting with trade-related tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems.
  • Documentation: Preparing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Logistics: Coordinating and managing logistics for our team.
  • Administrative Tasks: Providing administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other administrative duties.
  • Cross Training: Participating in cross-training opportunities to develop new skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
