Construction Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the division's job start process, handling essential forms and document postings, and providing administrative support to our construction managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the division's job start process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Handle essential forms and document postings, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Provide administrative support to construction managers, including data entry, report compilation, and coordination of meetings and events
- Maintain and update online files for ongoing construction projects
- Coordinate meetings and events for the construction team
- Work on special projects as assigned by department heads
- Prepare presentation materials for team meetings
- Compile and maintain production tracking reports using information from construction managers and BuildPro reports
- Collect updated information from the field regarding production, safety, and SWPPP
- Offer administrative assistance to construction managers as needed
- Update BuildPro tasks and JD Edwards data as directed
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- At least 2 years of administrative experience required
- Professional attitude required to positively represent the company
- Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and JD Edwards
- Strong follow-up, communication (both written and verbal), and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines professionally
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Team player with the capability to perform well in high-pressure situations
