Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: North America

Role Overview:

  • Oversee a team of up to 15 personnel in the Maintenance department
  • Aid in the upkeep of facilities and machinery to ensure peak production efficiency
  • Direct preventative maintenance initiatives to reduce operational downtime
  • Engage in training and development programs for staff
  • Assist engineering teams with scheduling and managing equipment inventory
  • Work alongside the Maintenance Manager to devise enhancement strategies
  • Foster open communication and prompt resolution of equipment issues
  • Maintain detailed engineering documentation for quality assurance purposes
  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree coupled with five years of experience in bakery maintenance
  • Proficient in interpreting production schedules and safety protocols
