Job Overview

Pride Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality LPN to join our team. As a Clinical Quality LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's medical facility in Austin, TX. This is a 3-month contract to hire assignment, offering a great opportunity to work with a top-tier healthcare organization.

Responsibilities
  • Room patients according to policy and procedures, preparing them for examination.
  • Generate and distribute reports using secure file exchange.
  • Educate and train providers and staff on quality measures and best practices.
  • Set goals and ensure accountability.
  • Travel around the Austin area, with mileage reimbursement provided.
  • Support telephonic outreaches to patients as needed.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Current unrestricted Vocational Nurse License in applicable state.
  • Current BLS certification for healthcare providers.
  • One to two years of related LVN experience in a clinical setting.
  • Basic computer literacy required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology required.
  • Reliable transportation for daily travel to various locations/clinics.
  • Valid driver's license within the state of work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three to five years of LVN experience in a clinical setting.
  • Successful demonstration as a LVN in a physician office, with skills to teach, lead, and educate staff.
  • HEDIS or Quality Audit experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
