Job Type: Four month contract, opportunity to get an extension

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5PM

Pay: $32.85 to $34.85 per hour

Location: Austin, TX - Role does require some travel around the Austin area. (Mileage is reimbursed)

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Generating and distributing reports using secure file exchange
  • Providing education and training to providers and staff on quality measures and best practices
  • Setting and achieving goals
  • Supporting telephonic outreaches to patients as needed
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
  • Current unrestricted Vocational Nurse License in Texas
  • 3-5 years of LVN experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Immunizations/vaccinations required: MMR, TB Screening, Varicella, Hep B, Flu shot, Tdap, Covid 19 vaccination
