Job Type: Four month contract, opportunity to get an extension
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5PM
Pay: $32.85 to $34.85 per hour
Location: Austin, TX - Role does require some travel around the Austin area. (Mileage is reimbursed)
Primary Responsibilities:- Generating and distributing reports using secure file exchange
- Providing education and training to providers and staff on quality measures and best practices
- Setting and achieving goals
- Supporting telephonic outreaches to patients as needed
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- Current unrestricted Vocational Nurse License in Texas
- 3-5 years of LVN experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Immunizations/vaccinations required: MMR, TB Screening, Varicella, Hep B, Flu shot, Tdap, Covid 19 vaccination
- Excellent weekly pay discussed during screening
