About the Job

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Private Duty Nurse LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and coordinate care plans in accordance with physician orders
  • Conduct patient assessments and document care provided
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • One year of experience in a clinical care setting (preferably in pediatrics)
  • Ability to travel to patient homes
