Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile field, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to anticipate and meet the needs of the physician, ensuring seamless execution of procedures.
  • Participate in the surgical Time Out, ensuring all team members are aligned and prepared for the procedure.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of supplies and instruments to the surgical field.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of patient safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a surgical technologist program or 2 years of surgical scrub experience.
  • CPR certification and ability to obtain Certified Surgical Technologist certification within 3 months of employment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work rotating shifts and on-call.
