We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Home2/TRU Grove City. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for performing front desk duties and completing nightly audit procedures to ensure the accuracy and security of our hotel's financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Check-in and check-out guests, make stay reservations, and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Nightly Audit Procedures: Count cash drawers, complete downtime reports, and print guest request/comment reports and CRM reports.
- Room Management: Check in remaining guests, enter wake-up calls, and deliver folios to due-out rooms.
- Inventory Management: Restock suite shop and guest amenities, and print paper and key packets.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean the desk area, back office, and lobby areas, and count cash drawers and drop money in the safe.
- Communication: Communicate with prior and next shifts about any details or issues that need to be addressed.
- Education: Prior hotel experience and OnQ training are preferred.
- Language Skills: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive guest experience.
- Work Habits: Meet and exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance.
- Competitive Hourly Wage: $16 per hour.
