Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the scheduling of technicians to various client locations.
- Regularly verify that technicians' schedules are updated with completed job tickets and that pending tickets are accurately assigned for materials, billing, and adjustments.
- Prepare precise work orders and inventory lists for the warehouse to facilitate efficient material retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of service quotations.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
- Demonstrated capability to enhance operational processes.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with mechanical and numerical proficiency.
- Ability to represent the organization professionally and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
