Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Elements Distribution. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our CEO and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling tasks, managing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with daily operational tasks, such as check-ins, reporting, and task management.
  • Manage office supplies, reorder as needed, and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Coordinate guest services, including welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and providing inter-office messages.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree preferred, high school diploma required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Reliable, professional, courteous, and patient.
