We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT's) to enhance our expanding workforce.


Our BT's play a crucial role in the treatment team, delivering individualized treatment in collaboration with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to clients in a center-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavioral strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
Gather data to assess the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report findings
Assist BCBA in training families on the implementation of tailored treatment plans
Respond proactively to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
Maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
Physically engage with clients as they navigate the session areas, which may involve various physical activities including standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and keeping pace with children aged 2-15 years

Complete any additional tasks as assigned by BCBA/LBA

Qualifications:
Access to reliable transportation
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Experience with children with ASD is preferred but not mandatory
Proven ability to handle confidential information
Capability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Salary Range:
$16-22/hr
