We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at Great Wolf Lodge. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a critical role in ensuring their dining experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests and escort them to their assigned dining area, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Monitor table availability and manage the wait list as needed to minimize wait times.
- Inform customers of promotions and notify them of their assigned server to ensure a smooth service experience.
- Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.
- Assist the dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water, and serving beverages as needed.
- Must be flexible regarding scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Previous host and/or restaurant front of house experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
