Automotive Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at Airport CDJR. As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance (F&I) process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing dealership profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the finance and insurance process for vehicle sales, including obtaining credit approvals, preparing loan documents, and selling extended warranties and other insurance products.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to finance and provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders to secure competitive financing options for customers.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of all finance and insurance documents, contracts, and disclosures.
- Educate customers on their financing and insurance options, providing clear and concise explanations of terms, rates, and conditions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly finance and insurance sales goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements related to automotive finance and insurance.
- Train and support sales staff on F&I procedures, compliance, and best practices.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to financing or insurance in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all finance and insurance transactions.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance products, and lender requirements.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using finance and dealership management software.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to automotive finance and insurance.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
