Executive Sales Director

SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a strategic thinker who can drive business growth through effective leadership and management of our sales team. As an Executive Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, including sales strategy, sales forecasting, and sales performance analysis.
You will lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in everything you do. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and industry partners will be essential in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a deep understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics. You will be a natural communicator, able to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively, and possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
In addition to your sales expertise, you will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing innovative strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a similar industry;
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights;
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
