Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures for electromechanical equipment.
  • Ensure that products meet the highest quality standards, adhering to industry regulations and customer requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support supplier quality management, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and address customer concerns.
  • Prepare for a transition into a leadership role, overseeing the Quality Control team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control, particularly with electromechanical equipment, automation, and controls.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in quality control are a plus.
