As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Berry Global, you will be responsible for maintaining an ongoing thorough knowledge of cGMP requirements and regulatory requirements.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the plant's Master Validation Plan and all supporting documents, as well as assisting with complaint investigations and CAPA investigations.

Additionally, you will assess specifications for capability, assemble data to support positions, provide recommendations, and coordinate plant input.

You will focus on Continuous Improvement efforts and drive improved quality efficiencies by reviewing and approving manufacturing processes, equipment, and software changes to ensure quality requirements are met.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will also manage continuous improvement activities regarding quality of all products as determined by manufacturing production events, heldware, scrap, and customer complaints.

You will serve as a plant resource for Lean Six Sigma initiatives and have a working knowledge of ISO quality standards.

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is preferred, and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft products along with the ability to present is required.
