As a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll play a vital role in implementing learning programs, collecting data, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

What You'll Do:
  • Work one-on-one with children and families to develop personalized learning plans
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including parents, caregivers, and behavior analysts
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data protection protocols
  • Meet regularly with your direct leader to discuss progress and receive feedback

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with children ages 0-18 in a daycare or classroom setting
  • Minimum 1 year experience working one-on-one with clients in a behavioral health environment
  • A passion for helping children with autism and making a real difference in their lives
  • Patience and compassion with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test (if not already completed)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
