Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Greet donors with a smile, thank them for their donations, and ensure they receive a receipt for their generosity.
  • Unload Donations: Assist in unloading acceptable donations in a timely and courteous manner, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the donation area is neat, clean, and orderly, adhering to Goodwill's high standards of quality and safety.
  • Prepare Records and Reports: Accurately prepare and maintain records and reports as requested, ensuring data integrity and compliance with Goodwill's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
