Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Packaging: Assemble containers to be used for packaging and package product efficiently into containers, utilizing packaging machinery.
  • Changeovers and Palletizing: Assist in changeovers and palletize containers to specifications, utilizing palletizing equipment/machinery.
  • Quality Control: Inspect product and labels to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Supply Requisition and Inventory Management: Requisition containers and other supplies for delivery to workstations and ensure correct entries into factory software.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean work area and participate in housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds, adhering to Food Safety policies and reporting food safety and quality concerns to your supervisor.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED is strongly preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to be on your feet for the majority of a shift and lift up to 55 lbs. independently.
  • Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Test: Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
