Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Representative at VIP Hospitality Group LLC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently and accurately process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Information Provision: Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, enhancing their stay.
  • Guest Inquiries and Requests: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reservation Management: Assist guests with room bookings, changes, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Phone and Email Management: Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner, directing calls to the appropriate department or individual as needed.
  • Guest Records and Confidentiality: Maintain accurate and confidential guest records, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Cash Handling and Payments: Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Front Desk Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
