Job Title: NICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in Washington, D.C.

About the Job:

This is a 12-hour night shift position in a top-rated healthcare facility. As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will provide direct and specialized care for newborns requiring close monitoring due to premature birth, birth defects, infection, or other medical conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a plan of care for high-risk newborns requiring high-technology care, including ventilators, incubators, or other special equipment or surgery.
  • Work in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to newborns.
  • Assist in developing and implementing a plan of care for high-risk newborns requiring high-technology care.
Requirements:
  • 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care NICU setting.
  • Degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.
