As a key member of the CO Stretch Cherry Hills LLC team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing business operations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the studio provides a best-in-class customer experience, fostering a positive atmosphere for all members and staff while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee studio financial performance, ensuring it meets monthly revenue and membership targets
  • Collaborate with the District Manager/Owner to review KPIs, set goals, and prioritize initiatives
  • Utilize data and reporting to inform business decisions and sales strategies
  • Lead Member Services and Member Engagement efforts, driving organic lead generation and grass roots marketing
  • Supervise the Front Desk/Sales team, providing coaching and reviews to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and manage the weekly studio schedule, working with the team to implement
  • Set the tone and culture for the studio sales team, conducting monthly staff meetings to review current sales needs and promotions
  • Enforce StretchLab best practices, policies, and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
  • Assist the District Manager/Owner in building a strong and collaborative sales team, and contribute to social media efforts
