Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist at Vergara Miller Law Firm is responsible for driving the firm's growth and success by strategically enhancing its reputation, attracting new clients, and building lasting relationships. This role requires a unique blend of skills that align with both marketing and legal industry demands.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients to the law firm, identify target markets, generate and follow up on leads, and convert them into clients.
- Brand Awareness: Promote the law firm's brand, highlighting its areas of expertise, success stories, and unique value propositions at national events, and ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials, social media, and communications.
- Networking: Attend legal conferences, networking events, and community gatherings to represent the law firm, build and maintain relationships with referral sources, and collaborate with local business associations and chambers of commerce.
- Content Marketing: Assist in creating and distributing informative content that showcases the firm's legal expertise, promote thought leadership through social media, webinars, podcasts, and other digital platforms, and plan and coordinate law firm events to engage with potential clients and the community.
- Skills and Qualifications: Clear understanding of Legal Services, proficiency in lead generation, client conversion, and relationship management, ability to craft and promote a strong, consistent brand identity, skills in organizing and promoting events, strong networking abilities, competence in managing media relations, writing press releases, and securing positive coverage, strong communication skills, ability to conduct and interpret market research, manage multiple projects, campaigns, and events simultaneously, and adjust strategies based on market changes.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, and 2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
