Job Title: L'Oreal Beauty Advisor

International Shoppes is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a L'Oreal Beauty Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling L'Oreal merchandise, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized product recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Sell L'Oreal merchandise and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any issues to management.
  • Demonstrate make-up, skincare, and fragrances knowledge to clients.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers to clients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with maintaining stock levels of brand merchandise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven knowledge and selling experience with cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances.
  • Minimum of one year of previous customer service or selling experience in luxury preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and verbal communication.
  • Bi-lingual skills a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to novelty and change.
  • Valid passport required for international travel.
