The Market Insights Analyst will oversee all market entry initiatives associated with the promotion of a designated range of products to our target customer demographics. This individual will also be tasked with implementing product enhancement suggestions and conducting competitive benchmarking. This position will report directly to the Assistant Vice President of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine available data from marketing technology systems and provide insights to the Commercial team.
  • Generate and review the monthly Marketing Key Performance Indicator reports.
  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research and data collection (including competitive analysis, market conditions, and customer demographics).
  • Support Customer Experience research and reporting for the organization (including Net Promoter Score, Customer Success surveys, and Road Service surveys).
  • Assist with comprehensive market research analysis and reporting, including macro-economic indicators to support the Finance department.
  • Oversee the lead management process and initial engagement activities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for tactical data enhancement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing research or analytics is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a B2B marketing research or analytics role is required; experience in the transportation sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • A strong enthusiasm for statistical research, a desire to engage deeply with data, and a genuine curiosity to uncover insights through analysis.
  • Ability to translate data and analysis into clear business insights.
  • Familiarity with a wide array of Marketing Automation and Marketing Technology solutions is preferred (e.g., Pardot, GA4, media monitoring tools, SEO tools).
  • Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across all levels of the organization, from administrative staff to senior leadership.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
