Job Description

Serve with purpose and make a difference in the lives of children around the world as a Seasonal Customer Service Team Member with Samaritan's Purse. We are seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our Operation Christmas Child (OCC) Processing Center Team.

About the Role

As a Seasonal Customer Service Team Member, you will play a vital role in the processing of over 10 million shoebox gifts. You will work side by side with employees and volunteers to take the love of Jesus to children all around the world. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and equipping thousands of volunteers to process OCC shoebox gifts
  • Providing excellent customer service to donors and volunteers
  • Working in a fast-paced environment to meet processing deadlines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs (for certain positions)
