We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Office Operations Manager to join our team at ECF Data, LLC. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of office operations and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. The successful candidate will have experience managing administrative teams and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of administrative assistants, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the highest level of performance.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans, processes, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with colleagues, supervisors, and clients, ensuring clear and concise messaging and minimal misunderstandings.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of work produced by the administrative team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or administrative training is preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role is essential.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment, such as printers and fax machines, is necessary.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on national averages and industry standards.
