Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Services Clerk. This position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, with a focus on administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming mail and documents, scanning and profiling them into our document management system.
  • Provide support with copying and printing, including preparing binders for trials and mediation.
  • Cover receptionist duties during peak periods, handling phone calls and inquiries.
  • Maintain office supplies, both general and kitchen items, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare meeting spaces by setting up coffee and water stations, as well as conduct setup for depositions held within the office.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, with ability to learn software applications quickly.
  • Technical aptitude to troubleshoot printer issues, clear paper jams, and replace toners.
Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated at $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
