Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for educating patients on medical cannabis and its uses, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patients with education and information about medical cannabis and its uses.
  • Assist patients with product selection and answer questions about different products.
  • Process patient orders and payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate and maintain the point of sale system and cash handling procedures.
  • Assist management staff with daily operational needs and cross-train in other departments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment for patients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and cannabis products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
