Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Audiologist with extensive experience and expertise to join our team in Belmont, MA. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive audiological evaluations, perform specialized tests, and create treatment plans for patients while taking full responsibility for the complete patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate hearing function and determine the extent of hearing loss.
  • Develop customized hearing care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
  • Dispense and fit hearing aids, including both custom-fit and ready-to-wear models, ensuring optimal comfort and functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support and counseling to patients on hearing aid use, maintenance, and adjustment.
  • Specialize in the fitting and management of Lyric hearing aids, offering patients innovative solutions for discreet and hassle-free hearing.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as an Audiologist in Massachusetts.
  • Prior experience working in a busy audiology practice or similar clinical setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients of all ages.
  • Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in patient care.
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality audiological care.
