Business Development Center Representative

At CitySide Subaru Inc, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue for the dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers seeking service appointments, addressing their inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Making outbound calls to customers who haven't been in for service recently to encourage them to schedule appointments or promote specific maintenance services.
- Tracking customer service history, appointment data, and other relevant information to improve service efficiency.
- Accurately assess customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain the essential communication link between the customer and the dealership.
- Maintain a professional code of conduct at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or automotive BDC positions.
- Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
- Prompt and courteous demeanor.
- Positive and hardworking personality.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at building positive relationships over the phone, email, or text.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Basic automotive knowledge a plus, Subaru knowledge HUGE plus.
- Valid driver's license.
