We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Laboratory Manager to lead our laboratory team. This is a full-time position focused on overseeing laboratory operations and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Clinical Laboratory Manager, you will:
  • Lead and manage the laboratory department, ensuring accountability and professional standards.
  • Oversee laboratory testing processes that are critical for patient diagnosis and care.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage quality control, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Facilitate performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct staff training, evaluations, and retention strategies.
  • Maintain staffing schedules to ensure adequate departmental coverage.
  • Participate in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and communication.
  • Review and update departmental policies to align with accreditation standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field; or an Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology with over two years of relevant experience.
  • Certification from ASCP or AMT is required.
  • Extensive clinical laboratory experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and regulatory standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • Previous leadership experience in compliance, performance improvement, and regulatory adherence.
