Job Overview

As the Chief of Administrative Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions across all locations. This is a leadership position that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of administrative systems, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and uniformity across all locations. This includes managing office management processes, developing annual budgets, and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in Executive Leadership Team meetings to discuss long-range policy decisions and address specific problems or concerns.
  • Develop and implement goals, objectives, and priorities for each assigned service area, recommending and administering policies and procedures.
  • Develop annual budgets, working closely with the CEO and CFO to ensure accurate staffing patterns and other anticipated expenses.
  • Ensure office management processes at all locations are appropriate, continually improving and supporting efficient practices and enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Oversee coordination of all outpatient and residential facility preventive maintenance, non-capital expense, routine repairs, and procedures with the Facility Director.
  • Oversee residential program, including working with the WCBH team to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Oversee Centralized Scheduling for all WCBH clinicians.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare or human services environment.
  • Or a combination of education and experience that provides the skill set to perform the required job duties.
  • Demonstrate strong supervisory and development skills to lead effectively a professional staff, knowledge of business administration especially in a non-profit environment, and health care delivery systems.
  • A commitment to performance improvement and a team approach to management.
  • Knowledge of administrative and office management procedures and methods.
  • Skill in communicating and interacting with other staff members and ability to build effective relationships within the organization and with outside contacts.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
