Job Overview

Truckstop is seeking a Freight Industry Growth Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Representative II, you will have the opportunity to qualify prospective clients, transition them to customer acquisition, and acquire new accounts by calling on leads to meet their target sales monthly.

This role will be primarily focused on responding to customer inquiries for information; converting Marketing leads into qualified sales opportunities.

You will be responsible for achieving monthly quota of Qualified Leads (demos, appointments) by initiating calls to prospective clients every day. You will also report and record all activities in Salesforce.com, a web-based CRM system, and qualify leads for sales development.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, ability to exhibit a high level of professionalism and a true desire to speak to prospective clients, strong written, verbal and presentation / communication skills, and proficiency in using multiple software applications simultaneously.

The estimated base pay range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year. Final salary is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.
