About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve target goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a retail or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
