About the Role

At OI Infusion Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner to manage and operate their own small infusion centers. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with infusion experience to take ownership of their working environment and provide exceptional care to patients.

As a Medical Infusion Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, scheduling patients for infusion appointments, and coordinating with procurement teams to ensure all inventory is available and tracked. You will also work closely with our intake team to ensure patient treatments are authorized and maintain monthly quality assurance metrics. Additionally, you will continuously audit medical records, collaborate with our Medical Assistant to upload new patient information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), and remain up-to-date on new infusions offered and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day clinic operations
  • Scheduling patients for infusion appointments
  • Inventory management and coordination with procurement teams
  • Patient treatment authorization and quality assurance
  • Continuous audit of medical records
  • Collaboration with Medical Assistant for EMR updates

We require a Master's degree and certification by one of the Nurse Practitioner certifying bodies, as well as ability to work independently, Medicare certification, and DEA license. The ideal candidate should be able to stand and sit for hours at a time, use manual dexterity for clinical requirements, and lift 50lbs.

Compensation and Benefits
