About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced RN to join our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, evaluating, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care plans, as well as achieving positive patient and departmental outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain overall accountability/responsibility for assigned patients.
  • Manage the efficient flow of patient care, including screening, preparation for exams, providing general nursing care and comfort, and arranging for admissions, testing, and discharges.
  • Maintain and review patients' records, including posting tests and examination results.
  • Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
  • Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans.
  • Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls (may include phone triage when needed).
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required.
  • Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
  • A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities. Our teams are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and creating a positive work environment.

Estimated annual salary: $90,000.
