Overview

At Trident Medical Center, we are dedicated to the growth and development of our future nurses. Our Clinical Nurse Residency Program is a year-long program designed to provide hands-on experience and establish valuable clinical and critical thinking skills.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse Resident coordinates and delivers high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing models. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN Resident assesses patient condition, performs procedures as ordered by the medical provider, and documents the administration of care in a timely and thorough manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
