About This Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our culinary team as a Dishwasher at The Hythe Vail. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Thoroughly wash and sanitize all kitchenware, including plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and utensils, following strict health and safety standards.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including floors, walls, workstations, and storage areas, to ensure a safe and organized environment.
  • Inventory and Organization: Assist in the organization and storage of kitchen supplies, including dishware, cookware, and food items, ensuring everything is stored properly and efficiently.
  • Support to Kitchen Staff: Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients, as needed.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling procedures, to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar kitchen role is preferred but not required.
