Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our team at Well & Being Spa - The Hythe Vail. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive manicures, pedicures, and other nail-related services to guests.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service standards, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Perform services using proper techniques, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and safety.
  • Setup and break down designated treatment areas, maintaining a clean and well-stocked environment.
  • Interact cooperatively with guests and colleagues, anticipating their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Communicate guest problems or complaints to the Spa Manager on Duty, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards, adhering to Well & Being Spa and Trilogy's standards for guest service.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current state Cosmetology License required.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a Nail Technician position, preferably in a hotel/resort.
  • Flexible schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends, with availability for on-call shifts.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Knowledge of nail-care techniques and procedures.
  • Polished, professional demeanor and strong command of written and verbal English.
  • Organized, timely, and detail-oriented with basic computer software skills.

Compensation: 55% Service Commission vs hourly + Service Charge + Retail Commission
