We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at The Hythe - Marriott Luxury Collection. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests during banquets and events
• Work closely with the Banquet Captain to ensure seamless execution of events
• Assist with set-up, food and beverage service, and breakdown of events
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of quality and safety
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in a banquet or food and beverage role
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
