Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Tax Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing employment tax compliance matters, with a deep understanding of employment tax laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage tax implications for employees on international assignments, including tax equalization, tax treaty analysis, and coordination with external tax advisors.
  • Develop and implement processes to assess and manage tax obligations for employees engaged in cross-border business travel, preparation and submission of STBV appendix 4 and appendix 8 reporting.
  • Oversee the administration and compliance of PSA programs, ensuring accurate reporting and payment of tax liabilities on non-cash benefits.
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment tax legislation and regulations globally, and ensure company policies and procedures remain compliant.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of employment tax laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions, with experience in global mobility, expatriate taxation, and cross-border employment tax issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CTA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment tax compliance, preferably in a multinational corporation or professional services firm.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex tax regulations and apply them to practical business situations.
