Compliance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to oversee our compliance operations in assigned states, ensuring seamless alignment with company policy, state licensing regulations, and The Joint Commission Standards.
This role is perfect for an individual who excels in managing day-to-day compliance operations across multiple locations and facilities. You will work closely with the Care Delivery Team, Clinical Team, and Personnel Compliance Team to guarantee ongoing compliance regarding employee onboarding, personnel files, and clinical documentation.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring Office Compliance: Verify that each office in assigned states operates within company policy, state licensing regulations, and The Joint Commission Standards.
- Staff Onboarding: Ensure all staff members in assigned states are onboarded in accordance with company policy, state licensing regulations, and The Joint Commission Standards.
- Employee File Management: Maintain current and compliant employee files.
- Operational Procedures: Establish and maintain proper operating procedures for compliance related to employee onboarding, client admissions, clinical documentation, treatment, and discharge.
In this role, you will also:
- Maintain Office Space Compliance: Ensure compliance for assigned offices.
- Routine Environment of Care and Safety Requirements: Ensure routine environment of care and safety requirements are in compliance.
- Host Site Visits: Host site visits, surveys, and inspections; travel may be required.
You will be working with a talented team that shares a deep commitment to our mission of connecting the world to life-saving mental health treatment. We offer comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary range of $70,000-$100,000 per year, with a target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, of $77,000-$110,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare/Human Services or equivalent career experience.
- 5+ Years of Experience in healthcare compliance or a related field.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, relationship-building, and listening skills, with a natural consultative style.
- Ability to Energize, Communicate, and Build Rapport at all levels within an organization.
- Strong Project Management Skills, with the ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
