as a compliance program manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining compliance programs for a variety of financial services firms. this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts to clients.

key responsibilities include:

  • lead engagements for the development, implementation and maintenance of compliance programs
  • oversee staff in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
  • lead annual compliance reviews and internal control testing

salary: $220,000 - $250,000 per year, based on experience and location.
