Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Survey Service Leader to join our team at Westwood Professional Services, Inc. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic plans to advance service initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate service-specific education and staff development programs.
  • Work with senior leaders to develop and implement short- and long-term growth plans for the survey service.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and empowerment to local service leaders in each office.
  • Ensure company culture, policies, and procedures are consistently implemented within the service team.
  • Stay current on service-specific trends, technology, software, hardware, and equipment.
  • Work with senior leaders to develop and implement standards for work products specific to the service.
  • Responsible for service-based workload coordination across the region.
  • Advise senior leaders in hiring decisions and identify technical resource needs as it relates to the service group in the region.
  • Work with senior leaders to review compensation for consistency across the service team in the region.
  • Support market-based and/or service-based business development in each land office in the region.
  • Participate in Westwood's wellness and safety program and ensure the practices are being implemented within the service group across the region.
