Job Title: SharePoint Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Administrator to join our team at Trumark Homes. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Microsoft SharePoint platform.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customizing and managing Microsoft SharePoint, as well as exposure to other Microsoft 365 technologies such as Power Apps, Entra, Teams, One-Drive, and Exchange. You will work closely with various business users to manage all day-to-day SharePoint activities, including planning and executing SharePoint migrations from on-prem file shares to SPO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SharePoint solutions to meet business needs
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows
  • Develop and implement custom workflows and automations using Power Automate
  • Provide training and support to users on SharePoint best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct regular security assessments to strengthen data protection and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customizing and managing Microsoft SharePoint
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with MS Power Platform
  • Ability to utilize relevant programming and scripting languages to customize SharePoint
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
