Key Responsibilities:
- Perform radiology procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Utilize AIDET principles to communicate effectively with patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Protect patients and employees by adhering to safety requirements, infection-control policies, and radiation safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical imaging records, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Collaborate with engineers and physicists to ensure optimal operational capabilities of equipment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and standards.
Requirements:
- ARRT-R Radiography certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
