This hybrid position will collaborate closely with the managing partner and act as the practice manager/director for the firm and its specialized banking division.

THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will work hand-in-hand with an innovative managing partner to establish and promote a high-performance, growth-centric culture that emphasizes the well-being of every team member. Key responsibilities include:

  • Instilling a comprehensive understanding of the firm's culture and expectations among partners, associates, and staff
  • Partnering with the managing partner and Executive Committee to develop a new compensation framework for partners
  • Creating high-performance management strategies and individual practice plans in collaboration with the firm's partners
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts to meet personnel requirements
  • Leading the administrative team in their supportive roles

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in large firm practice management, attorney development, and/or attorney recruitment is preferred
  • This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta
