Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee leasing operations, including contacting delinquent payers and creating payment plans as necessary.
  • Review and analyze financials, including performing variance reports to identify areas for cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with asset management and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree or minimum 5 years' experience in commercial real estate property management.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues, particularly in the light-industrial industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Ability to work well in a shared office environment and solve practical problems.
  • Detail-oriented and able to provide solid references.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current California Real Estate Broker's License or Real Estate Salesperson's License.
  • Familiarity with YARDI and LoopNet software.
