Job DescriptionJob Title: Luxury Arrival Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Luxury Arrival Ambassador to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for creating memorable first and last impressions for our guests by providing exceptional service during their arrival and departure experiences.

You will address guest requests, process operational needs, and share local highlights while ensuring a safe and professional environment. By exemplifying the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton, you will contribute to delivering exceptional luxury service that exceeds our guests' expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Create memorable first and last impressions for guests
  • Address guest requests and process operational needs
  • Share local highlights and recommendations
  • Maintain a safe and professional environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary, but prior customer service experience a plus
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement.
